  • Program evaluation in the field of Informatics and Econometrics 2020

    On December 9-10, 2019. The Polish Accreditation Committee visited our Faculty in order to evaluate the program in the field of Computer Science and Econometrics.

    As a result of the evaluation, on September 3, 2020 The Polish Accreditation Committee has awarded the field of studies Informatics and Econometrics with a positive assessment:

  • Quality policy of the Faculty of Applied Informatics and Mathematics at the Warsaw University of Life Sciences

    The education quality policy of the Faculty of Applied Informatics and Mathematics of the Warsaw University of Life Sciences was established on the basis of the law, internal regulations of the Warsaw University of Life Sciences and the recommendations contained in the Standards and Guidelines for the Quality of Education in the European Higher Education Area ENQA and is consistent with the Faculty Development Strategy.

  • Program evaluation in the field of Computer Science 2017

    On November 08-09, 2017 The Polish Accreditation Committee visited our Faculty in order to evaluate the program in the field of Computer Science.

    As a result of the assessment, on January 25, 2018, the Polish Accreditation Committee awarded the field of study Informatics a positive grade.

    The positive grade was the result of meeting the following program evaluation criteria in the field of Computer Science “fully” *

    • The concept of education and its compliance with the mission and strategy of the university,
    • Educational program and the possibility of achieving the assumed learning outcomes,
    • Effectiveness of the internal education quality assurance system,
    • Staff conducting the education process,
    • Cooperation with the socio-economic environment in the education process,
    • Internationalization of the education process,
    • Infrastructure used in the education process,
    • Supervision of students and support in the process of learning and achieving learning outcomes.

     
    * fulfillment of the program evaluation criteria was assessed on a five-point scale: negative, partially, satisfactory, fully, distinguishing.

  • Program evaluation in the field of Computer Science and Econometrics 2013

    On June 29-30, 2013, the Polish Accreditation Committee visited our Faculty in order to evaluate the program in the field of Computer Science and Econometrics.

    As a result of the evaluation, on October 17, 2013, the Polish Accreditation Committee awarded the field of study Computer Science and Econometrics a positive grade.

    A positive evaluation was the result of fulfilling the following program evaluation criteria in the field of Computer Science and Econometrics “fully” *:

    1. The concept of the development of the field of study,
    2. Objectives and results of education and the system of their verification,
    3. Study programme,
    4. Human resources,
    5. Teaching infrastructure,
    6. Conducting research,
    7. System of supporting students in the learning process,
    8. Internal quality assurance system.

    * fulfillment of the program evaluation criteria was assessed on a five-point scale: insufficiently (2), partially (3), significantly (4), fully (5), distinguishingly (6).
