PZU Internship and Internship Program 2021

PZU is launching another edition of the Internship and Internship Program for students and graduates. This is an opportunity to gain valuable professional experience in the largest financial institution in Central and Eastern Europe. Over 60 places are waiting for applicants. This year’s program promotes the slogan: “If you don’t try, you won’t find out.”

There are offers from various business areas waiting for candidates, incl. finances, claims and benefits handling, sales, auditing, IT, HR, business analysis, legal services and underwriting.

Program participants can count on implementation training and the care of experienced PZU employees, who will also ensure a good atmosphere to gain first professional experience. The internship lasts three months – from July to the end of September. The internships will last six months, from July to the end of December.

As in previous years, the internship offer is addressed to students of at least the second year of studies and to graduates up to one year after completing their education. On the other hand, internships can be applied for by students of at least the third year of studies and graduates up to two years after graduating from the university. So far, over half of the participants of the Internship and Internship Program have found permanent employment at PZU after its completion.
